Giventek does not own any items listed and is not directly involved in transactions between users.

3. User Accounts

All activity that occurs under your account
Ensuring the information you post is truthful and not misleading

Giventek may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms.

5. Listings & Content

5.1 User-Generated Content

You may upload:

Photos
Descriptions
Item details
Service offers

You are responsible for ensuring your content:

Is accurate
Does not infringe copyright or trademarks
Does not violate local laws
Does not contain dangerous or offensive material

5.2 Marketplace Rules

You agree NOT to list items such as:

Weapons, explosives, ammunition
Illegal drugs or controlled substances
Stolen goods
Fraudulent documents
Adult or explicit content
Items that pose serious safety risks

(Giventek can update this prohibited list anytime.)

6. Barter Transactions

6.1 User-to-User Exchanges

All trades are conducted directly between users.
Giventek does not guarantee:

The quality of items
The fairness of trades
Successful completion of swaps
The accuracy of listings

6.2 No Monetary Obligation

Barter is based on mutual agreement.
Giventek is not responsible for:

Delivery
Payment
Condition of goods or services

6.3 Disputes

Giventek is not liable for disputes between users but may assist with guidance.
We may suspend accounts involved in repeated disputes or fraudulent behavior.

7. Messaging & Communication

Users may message each other through Giventek’s internal chat system.

You agree:

Not to share harmful, offensive, or illegal content
Not to share personal financial information
Not to attempt off-platform scams
Not to solicit money under false pretenses

Giventek may monitor or review messages when safety concerns arise.

8. Fees & Promotions

Most of Giventek’s core services are free.

8.2 Paid Features

Giventek may offer optional paid tools such as:

Promoted listings
Boosted visibility
Verified badges

Fees are displayed clearly before purchase.
All payments are final unless otherwise stated.

9. Intellectual Property

All Giventek branding, logos, designs, and platform content are protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not:

Copy or resell the platform’s content
Reverse-engineer or replicate our technology
Use Giventek branding without permission

You retain ownership of any content you upload but grant Giventek a license to display it for marketplace purposes.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

That trades will be fair or successful
That the platform will always be error-free
That users are who they claim to be

12. Limitation of Liability

Losses from trades
Damaged or missing items
Fraud by other users
Harm caused by the listed items
Technical issues, downtime, or data loss

Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid Giventek (if any).

Safety policies
Local or international laws

Users may close their accounts anytime by contacting support.
